The Life Reset Experience
Find the courage to make a change. Get clear on what you want. Take the next step.
Saturday, December 5 | 2-Hour Experience | $20
You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to be open to asking yourself some new questions.
Ready for a change but not sure where to start?
Maybe you've outgrown something in your life. Maybe you've been putting your own wants on the back burner for so long that you're not even sure what you want anymore. Or maybe you know something needs to change, but figuring out what comes next feels overwhelming.
Sometimes, the hardest part isn't recognizing that you want something different. It's finding the courage to explore what that could look like and giving yourself permission to take the first step.
That's what The Life Reset Experience is all about.
Join us for two hours dedicated to stepping away from the demands of everyday life, reconnecting with what matters to you, and exploring what's possible for your next chapter.
Through an inspiring talk on courage, guided reflection, interactive activities, and meaningful conversation, you'll have the opportunity to look at where you are, consider where you want to be, and begin figuring out how to get there.
What We'll Explore Together
The Courage to Change
Change can be exciting, but it can also be uncomfortable. Fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt can keep us in situations we've already outgrown.
Through a talk focused on building the courage to make changes, we'll explore what it takes to move beyond hesitation and begin taking steps toward something different.
A Clearer Picture of Your Life
When you're busy managing responsibilities and showing up for everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of how you feel about your own life.
Through guided reflection and interactive activities, you'll explore different areas of your life, reconnect with your values and priorities, and identify where you would most like to see change.
Your Next Step Forward
You don't need a complete life plan by the end of two hours. You do need a place to begin.
We'll help you move from reflection to action by considering what's important to you, what might be holding you back, and what a meaningful next step could look like.
Why letting Go feels so hard
Letting go is not a decision you make once.
It is a process most of us never fully complete.
We try to move forward without slowing down long enough to understand what we are still attached to, why it mattered, and what it has been costing us.
So the pattern stays open.
Not because you are weak.
Because the process was never given structure.
Inside the almost goodbye Workbook
This workbook walks you through a five part process that builds on itself gently and intentionally.
Awareness
See clearly what you have been holding onto and how it has been shaping your decisions and emotional energy.
Understanding
Identify the emotional loops that keep pulling you back and uncover what is actually fueling them.
Impact
Recognize the cost of staying attached. Not to shame yourself, but to tell the truth about what this pattern has been taking from you.
Release
Move through guided release questions and a symbolic, psychologically grounded release practice designed to help your nervous system catch up to your insight.
Realign
Reconnect with who you are becoming and identify the boundaries, truths, and habits that support your next chapter.
Why I created this
I created Almost Goodbye because I have lived the space between knowing something is over and not fully releasing it yet.
That middle can feel confusing, heavy, and isolating.
This workbook exists to offer structure and support in that space so letting go does not feel rushed, dramatic, or unfinished.
This workbook is for you if
You know you are meant for more but feel pulled backward by something unresolved
You have been stuck in a loop of almost letting go
You want clarity and emotional closure without pressure or judgment
You are ready to move forward without pretending you are fine
You want your next chapter to feel intentional, not reactive
How long does this take to complete?
This is a self paced workbook. Some women move through it in a few focused sessions. Others return to it over time. You set the rhythm.
What if I am afraid of reopening old feelings?
This workbook is designed to help you move through emotions safely and intentionally, not get stuck in them. You are always in control of the pace.
Do I need to be ready to let go completely before starting?
No. This workbook is for women who are still in the almost. Readiness often comes through the process itself.
FAQs
testimonials
"It cracked open the denial box I was in and showed me what I didn’t really want to look at, without that being an uncomfortable thing. It literally bypassed the resistance and leapt into the illumination of finally seeing a lifelong pattern that had been sabotaging so much in my life. That was kind of amazing to me, and I'm very grateful.”

"What felt especially useful were the sections on awareness, attachment and impact. Those worked regardless of what kind of letting go I was doing. The questions were honest and gave me real room to think rather than just fill in blanks. The sections build on each other in a way that feels thoughtful and the overall flow never loses you."
