Let go without rushing yourself or reopening the wound again and again

You can feel it.
You are no longer who you were in that chapter.
But something from it still has a hold on you.

Just enough to keep you looping back. Replaying. Second guessing. Holding emotional space that costs more than you realize.

This is where Almost Goodbye meets you.

Almost Goodbye

For the woman who has let go…almost

A guided process for release that actually sticks

Almost Goodbye is a self guided workbook designed to help you finish what was never fully processed.

It offers structure without pressure and guidance without forcing a timeline.
You are supported in facing what has been avoided, not to stay there, but to finally move through it with honesty and clarity.

This workbook creates the space needed to release what has been holding you back so you can step forward without unresolved weight shaping what comes next.

Why letting Go feels so hard

Letting go is not a decision you make once.
It is a process most of us never fully complete.

We try to move forward without slowing down long enough to understand what we are still attached to, why it mattered, and what it has been costing us.

So the pattern stays open.
Not because you are weak.
Because the process was never given structure.

Inside the almost goodbye Workbook

This workbook walks you through a five part process that builds on itself gently and intentionally.

Awareness

See clearly what you have been holding onto and how it has been shaping your decisions and emotional energy.

Understanding
Identify the emotional loops that keep pulling you back and uncover what is actually fueling them.

Impact
Recognize the cost of staying attached. Not to shame yourself, but to tell the truth about what this pattern has been taking from you.

Release
Move through guided release questions and a symbolic, psychologically grounded release practice designed to help your nervous system catch up to your insight.

Realign
Reconnect with who you are becoming and identify the boundaries, truths, and habits that support your next chapter.

Why I created this

I created Almost Goodbye because I have lived the space between knowing something is over and not fully releasing it yet.

That middle can feel confusing, heavy, and isolating.
This workbook exists to offer structure and support in that space so letting go does not feel rushed, dramatic, or unfinished.

This workbook is for you if

  • You know you are meant for more but feel pulled backward by something unresolved

  • You have been stuck in a loop of almost letting go

  • You want clarity and emotional closure without pressure or judgment

  • You are ready to move forward without pretending you are fine

  • You want your next chapter to feel intentional, not reactive

How long does this take to complete?
This is a self paced workbook. Some women move through it in a few focused sessions. Others return to it over time. You set the rhythm.

What if I am afraid of reopening old feelings?
This workbook is designed to help you move through emotions safely and intentionally, not get stuck in them. You are always in control of the pace.

Do I need to be ready to let go completely before starting?
No. This workbook is for women who are still in the almost. Readiness often comes through the process itself.
